I have purchased "Booty Bands" from Xbands a few years back and felt their products was quality. So I was in need of the bigger bands for workouts; so I went back and purchased the set instead of purchasing one at a time. So far I have used the Yellow (lightest) for stretching and the Green (medium) for Pull-ups. I do recommend that you store them in a cool place (hot/humid conditions causes the rubber to wear faster) and clean them weekly (or after every use) to maintain their intergrity and lifespan.

There super strong , versatile for different types of movements and excellent for training during those weekend or vacation getaways! You can get a full body workout with or without weights. Amazing Super-Sets...
I not only bought these bands for my students to increase strength, but to hammer out some super-sets after any weight training exercise.
They work great for doubling-up after any heavy set of lifting. I do no more than 10 reps, then move on to the X-bands for some hi-reps with low to no back pressure!!!! I can work out all day till the muscle gives out.

Set of 5 Resistance Bands
I ordered these bands to help with additional rehab with my most recent knee surgery. After completing PT I wanted more work with mobilization and these have been so helpful! They give me that extra resistance I need maintain my form in exercises. Very easy to move up or down in weight by having the 5 options. I highly recommend these for any athlete!
