Game changer for hip thrusts, before getting the Glutezilla, I tried to attempt a hip thrust with a barbell, um don’t think so, my back hurt for a week and couldn’t bend down or really walk, using the Glutezilla, I was able to do hip thrusts with no back pain.

Glutezilla band is AMAZING. I purchased the blue one because of the higher resistance. What I love about it is that I can get an awesome full body workout anywhere. Since my job requires quite a bit of traveling and hotel stays I often utilize hotel gyms. Unfortunately, they are very limited on equipment. If you are lucky they might have dumbbell’s.
Although I can get a great workout with just body weight and dumbbell sometimes it’s not enough. Whether at home, gym, or on the road Glutezilla Band allows me to crank it up a notch or two .
If I could change one thing it would be the size of the blue band without sacrificing the resistance. I have noticed when trying to do certain exercises it doesn’t allow for a full rage of motion. Regardless of the tiny bit of limitation it’s an and product!

Hey ladies I purchased the Glutezilla band I should have been posted this review but it’s amazing. The foot inserts makes it secure and because I’m quad dominant all I have to do is side the band up the leg and down and I’m getting two exercises quad and glutes☺️. The best glute band invention ever.

I love it!! I use it in my home gym along with other hip thruster options. It's super portable, so it goes with me when I'm away from home. You can definitely feel it. I might try the heavier one at some point but you can feel it even with this red one, just do more reps.

Positives: Constructed very well. It is a very thick band, and it stays in place. Negatives: I think the band itself is too long. I barely felt anything with my hip thrusts. If it was shorter, I would be able to maintain resistance throughout the movement. It was disappointing. I get much more use of my other X Bands booty bands set that I’ve had for years.

Glutezilla is a great piece to add gym or home gym
This band makes such a difference when performing hip thrust and glute bridges vs just added more weight. Love the increased tension at the top of the movement creates an amazing pump in the glutes. I use Glutezilla in my group training classes and will continue to buy this product.

This GLUTEZILLA band is great for beginners who need practice with their form or anyone trying to isolate glutes. Either way results will show since It is 50 lbs! It is also great for more advanced individuals who want to spice up their routine. Band does not slip and the material is soft against skin. Overall cool product.

Glad I purchased this
I was apprehensive about buying a glutezilla for two reasons: 1) it seemed expensive for a band 2) I am only 5' and wasn't sure it would fit properly. But I didn't enjoy plonking a ginormous dumbbell on my hips for hip thrusts and bridges, and my attempts to use regular bands/loops were unsuccessful, so I decided to try it out. I'm glad I did. The band seems very well-made and it works great for these exercises. It fits fine and feels safer than using a heavy weight.

I like it for when I am doing hit thrusts with a barbell but not alone. It's hard to get my feet in and out of the foot loops and since I'm short, I have to try to push my feet out to feel any resistance.

I purchased both sizes and I am extremely happy with my purchase. These work great and are very convenient to use at home, at the park, or in the gym. They would be perfect for traveling too. I hope a heavier version will soon be available, but trust me, for high rep or with additional weight, you will feel your glutes!! Actually I am quite disappointed with the band. The name was printed on the band in rubber paint of some kind. As soon as I began to try to use the band the rubber paint started to peel off the band and within a few minutes I had a huge mess all over the floor. The band continues to shed the remnants of the rubber paint everywhere. I have not been able to use the Banned because I am not willing to clean up the huge mess that is left behind every time I try. I have no idea if the band is good or not. Just very disappointed with this product. Not very well thought out in my opinion.

Great For the Good and Bad Days
It’s weird and new to me but super useful if your looking to workout those glutes without using heavy stuff. The material is stretchy but not in a way that it makes it’s stretch out. The resistance on it is more so on your footing and how you position yourself but you’ll absolutely feel it on your hips and glutes. The packaging was simple but when you open it comes with its own netted bag for breathability. Overall I hope they make more colors and different sizes in the future for even more resistance.

This is great quality, well made & even comes with a zip pouch to keep it in.....but I am disappointed. When doing hip thrusts I don’t really feel anything in my glutes, it’s all in my quads because I can’t get the band high enough over my hips. I’m 5’3” and it seems like the band is too short? It works ok during glute bridges but I have to keep adjusting the band to keep it high enough over the hips otherwise, again, my quads do all the work!. So yeah I am disappointed with this.
